RenewSys India Seals Major Logistics & Warehousing Deal Near Mumbai

Date:

RenewSys India Pvt Ltd, a leading solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer, has finalized a major logistics and warehousing deal by leasing over 65,000 square metres (approximately 0.7 million square feet) of industrial space in Khalapur, near Mumbai. This transaction stands out as one of the largest in the Indian logistics sector in 2025.

The long-term lease spans 10 years and has been signed with Indran Logistics Parks, backed by IndoSpace. The move marks a significant milestone in India’s growing demand for high-grade industrial and warehousing infrastructure, particularly in the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors.

Strategically located near Mumbai, the Khalapur site offers superior connectivity to major highways and ports, positioning it as a key logistics hub for West India. RenewSys aims to leverage this new facility to expand its production and distribution capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to scaling renewable energy operations across the country.

This deal not only signals RenewSys India’s expansion but also reflects the strong momentum in India’s warehousing market, driven by manufacturing, green energy, and infrastructure development.
