Bengaluru-based precision aerospace components manufacturer JJG Aero has commenced construction of its third manufacturing facility with an investment commitment of ₹200 crore. The expansion aims to increase production capacity and support the company’s target of achieving ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue by FY31.
The new facility will be developed across a 12-acre campus at Adinarayanahosahalli, near the Satellite Town Ring Road in Bengaluru. The first phase of the project is expected to contribute ₹600 crore in annual revenue by FY31 and generate approximately 1,500 direct employment opportunities.
The company has also outlined a second phase of expansion, which will add another 1,75,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Following this expansion, the facility’s total built-up area is expected to reach 5,00,000 square feet.
Beyond increasing production capacity, the new facility will expand JJG Aero’s manufacturing capabilities. The company plans to move beyond precision machining by introducing customer-ready subassemblies, in-house heat treatment and qualified surface-treatment lines.
These additional capabilities are expected to strengthen its integrated manufacturing operations and enable it to serve a wider range of aerospace customers.
The investment reflects JJG Aero’s growth ambitions amid increasing demand for precision-engineered aerospace components. The new facility is expected to support the company’s long-term expansion plans, enhance manufacturing capabilities and create significant employment opportunities in the region.
