Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has announced the incorporation of a joint venture company, Smartport City (SCL), with Indoport Logistics. The new entity aims to design, develop, operate, and maintain airport cargo infrastructure, including integrated warehousing and warehouse management.

As per regulatory filings, AAHL will hold a 74% stake in SCL, with the remaining 26% held by Indoport Logistics. The joint venture has an authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs 10 lakh, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The partnership is expected to leverage AAHL’s expertise in airport management and Indoport Logistics’ knowledge of cargo handling to create efficient and modern cargo infrastructure.
