  • A new Medical College & Hospital in Darrang, together with a GNM school and B.Sc Nursing college to bolster healthcare infrastructure.

  • Two major connectivity projects: the Narengi-Kuruwa Bridge (~2.9 km, ~₹1,200 crore) and the Guwahati Ring Road (~118.5 km, ~₹4,530 crore), aimed at reducing congestion and improving access within Assam and connectivity with neighbouring Meghalaya.

  • Industrial & green-energy initiatives including a bamboo-based bioethanol plant worth over ₹5,000 crore and a large Petro Fluidised Catalytic Cracker Unit at Numaligarh (Golaghat), projected to enhance local value chains.
