TCI Expands Southern Logistics Presence, Leases 1 Lakh Sq. Ft. at TVS ILP Coimbatore for Zepto

Date:

Transport Corporation of India (TCI), a leading logistics and supply chain provider, has expanded its southern footprint by leasing approximately 1 lakh sq. ft. at TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The facility will support quick commerce platform Zepto, enhancing its supply chain efficiency and fast deliveries.

This marks the second collaboration between TCI and TVS ILP, following a prior lease of 75,000 sq. ft. at the same site for Volvo Eicher. TCI, a leader in multi-modal transport, has played a key role in Zepto’s rapid commerce expansion, ensuring timely deliveries across India.

Coimbatore’s strategic location has made it a key logistics hub, with connectivity to major transport routes and a growing industrial base. The built-to-suit, Grade-A industrial park is 29 km from the city center, 30 km from the airport and railway station, and 18 km from NH 544, facilitating seamless logistics.

The facility incorporates sustainability measures, including EDGE-certified infrastructure, Miyawaki plantations, rainwater harvesting, and waste management systems.

Aditi Kumar, Executive Director, TVS ILP, stated, “Our partnership with TCI and Zepto reinforces our commitment to providing sustainable, future-ready warehousing solutions for fast-growing businesses.”
