Welspun One to Develop India’s Largest Single-Location Warehouse with Rs 2,700 Cr Investment

Welspun One Logistics Parks has announced plans to develop India’s largest single-location warehousing park at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority Special Economic Zone (JNPA SEZ). With an investment of ₹2,700 crore, the project will span an impressive 4.45 million square feet, offering state-of-the-art integrated logistics solutions for businesses.

The mega warehousing park is expected to become a significant milestone in India’s logistics and warehousing sector, facilitating seamless export-import trade. By 2026, the park is set to be fully operational, boosting the region’s industrial capabilities. It aims to address the growing demand for modern and scalable logistics infrastructure driven by the e-commerce boom and global supply chain optimization.
