Waaree Renewable Technologies Wins ₹156.66 Crore EPC Contract for 150 MW Solar Project

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from a leading domestic renewable energy company to execute the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a ground-mounted solar power project.

The project, with a capacity of 150 MWac / 217.5 MWp, is valued at approximately ₹156.66 crore, marking a significant milestone in Waaree’s growing portfolio of large-scale renewable energy ventures. The contract reinforces the company’s strong presence and technical leadership within India’s solar energy sector.

Under the terms of the agreement, the project is slated for completion by the financial year 2026–27, and will play a pivotal role in supporting India’s transition toward cleaner and more sustainable energy sources.

The successful execution of this project is expected to generate substantial green energy, reduce carbon emissions, and further Waaree’s mission of enabling a self-reliant renewable ecosystem in India.
