UK Realty has partnered with California-based Slate Technologies Inc. to deploy an artificial intelligence-powered construction intelligence platform across its ongoing projects in Maharashtra. With this move, the company becomes the first real estate developer in the state to adopt the technology, aimed at improving construction efficiency, project planning, and decision-making.
In the first phase, the AI platform will be implemented across UK Realty’s projects in Andheri, Jogeshwari, and Kandivali, covering nearly 20 lakh sq. ft. of development and supporting over 1,100 on-site workers. The solution will be integrated into project management, quality inspections, site monitoring, procurement, safety analytics, and delay prediction, with full implementation targeted by the third quarter of FY 2026-27.
Before deployment, UK Realty and Slate Technologies conducted a detailed assessment to identify areas where AI could deliver the greatest operational impact, including cost control, productivity, waste reduction, inventory optimisation, workplace safety, and timely project delivery. By leveraging predictive analytics and real-time project data, the platform will enable project teams to proactively identify risks, improve planning accuracy, optimise resource allocation, and minimise construction delays, reinforcing UK Realty’s focus on technology-driven project execution.
