Saboo Sodium Chloro Commences Construction of Project ‘Samskara Bagru’ in Jaipur

Date:

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd (SSCL) has commenced full-scale construction of its ambitious project Samskara Bagru, a five-star luxury resort set to redefine hospitality standards on Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Spanning seven acres, the resort will feature 225 suite rooms and villas, designed to cater to the flourishing wedding and business tourism segment near SEZ Jaipur.

Approved by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) for commercial land conversion and architectural plans, the project employs advanced cloud-based technology for efficient management and monitoring. Scheduled for completion by August 2027, Samskara Bagru marks a major milestone in SSCL’s diversification into the luxury hospitality sector.

Developed under SSCL’s associate company Villashare Tech, the Samskara brand aims to expand its portfolio to over 1,000 luxury keys across Rajasthan. The resort will offer premium facilities such as private pool villas, banquet halls, spa, gym, MICE venues, restaurants, and family entertainment spaces.

Benefiting from Rajasthan government subsidies exceeding ₹12.5 crore over the next ten years, the project will generate around 450 employment opportunities, boosting the local economy and reinforcing Jaipur’s growing reputation as a premium hospitality destination.
