Keystone Realtors Ltd (Rustomjee Group) has strengthened its Mumbai redevelopment pipeline by securing three high-value projects in Q1 FY26, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹7,727 crore.
These deals contribute 3.25 million sq ft of new saleable area—a significant addition toward Rustomjee’s FY26 GDV target. The announcement followed impressive first-quarter pre-sales of ₹1,068 crore (up 75% YoY), alongside collections of ₹575 crore (up 19%), with over 57% of the year’s new additions already finalized.
The new projects span diverse Mumbai locales, including GTB Nagar, Lokhandwala cluster, and Swarganga CHSL, reinforcing the company’s leadership in suburban cluster redevelopment.
Boman Irani, CMD of Rustomjee, emphasized: “Mumbai’s redevelopment opportunities remain a key strategic focus… Our Q1 momentum positions us well to harness this potential and deliver substantial stakeholder value” .
With its credit rating recently upgraded to ICRA A+ (stable) and ICRA A (positive), Rustomjee is poised for continued growth. The firm’s strategy—targeting cluster redevelopment in micro-markets—harnesses scale, community revitalization, and value creation in high-demand suburbs.
