Prestige Launches ₹2,000 Crore Residential Project in Mira Road, Mumbai

Date:

Prestige Group has unveiled a major residential development, Prestige Garden Trails, in the Dahisar–Mira Road corridor of Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore.

Spanning 5.2 acres, the project comprises 1,324 residential units covering about 1 million sq ft of carpet area. The development is designed to offer 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments, along with a suite of modern amenities such as landscaped gardens, clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s play areas, fitness facilities, and multi-purpose courts.

Strategically located at the junction of Dahisar and Mira Road near the Western Express Highway, the project is just a short walk from the upcoming metro station. Its connectivity is further bolstered by Metro Line 9, the highway network, and planned infrastructure upgrades.

Irfan Razack, Chairman & MD of Prestige Group, said the launch demonstrates the company’s confidence in Mumbai’s mid-segment housing potential, leveraging its strong brand reputation in the city to enter suburban markets at scale.

With Prestige Garden Trails, the developer aims to deliver high-quality suburban housing that balances affordability, design, and connectivity—reinforcing its growing presence in Mumbai’s residential landscape.
