NDR InvIT Strengthens Construction & Logistics Portfolio with ₹143.9 Crore Lucknow Warehouse Acquisition

Date:

NDR InvIT Trust, India’s first perpetual warehousing and industrial park infrastructure investment trust, has acquired the MLG Warehousing & Industrial Park in Lucknow for ₹143.9 crore. The move marks NDR’s strategic entry into Uttar Pradesh’s rapidly growing logistics and construction ecosystem, expanding its pan-India footprint.

The Grade-A facility spans 4.63 lakh sq. ft. across nearly 21 acres along the Lucknow–Raebareli Road (NH 30) corridor, offering excellent connectivity to key consumption and industrial hubs. Currently, 98% of the warehouse is leased to a diverse tenant base including FMCG, 3PL, retail, and paint sectors.

With this addition, NDR InvIT now manages more than 19.22 million sq. ft. across 67 warehouses and 37 industrial parks in 15 cities, reinforcing its position as a leading player in India’s construction-led logistics infrastructure sector.

The acquisition aligns with NDR’s vision of building sustainable, institutional-grade assets to power India’s modern supply chain network. Company leaders highlighted the move as a significant milestone toward developing a robust and future-ready logistics infrastructure for the country.
