Jaipur-based Manglam Builders has acquired a 3.5-acre land parcel on Ajmer Road for ₹107 crore, earmarked for a ₹500-crore luxury mixed-use commercial project. This ambitious development will span a built-up area of 11 lakh sq. ft., incorporating international-standard design and sustainability.

The project is set to include premium retail spaces, a 200-room five-star hotel, a multiplex, and modern office spaces. It will also feature a 15,000 sq. ft. banqueting space, energy-efficient construction, and eco-friendly materials. Collaborating with renowned architects and designers, the project aims to deliver both aesthetic and functional excellence. The retail segment will host high-end brands, fine dining, and entertainment options.

Ajay Gupta, Director at Manglam Builders, highlighted the strong demand for commercial spaces in Jaipur, stating that the project aims to address the city’s growing appetite for premium real estate. The company, with over 70 completed projects and a 1,000-acre land bank, continues to strengthen its presence in Jaipur.

In addition to this development, Manglam Builders is working on ‘Pinkwalk,’ another mixed-use project in Jagatpura. Both ventures underscore the firm’s commitment to setting new benchmarks in Jaipur’s real estate market.
