Eco Hotels and Resorts Announces First Greenfield Project in MMR

Date:

Eco Hotels and Resorts (EHRL) has marked a major milestone in its expansion strategy by signing its first greenfield project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Located in Dombivli, this new development will operate under the company’s premium mid-range brand, “The Eco,” and is designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers with high-quality accommodations.

Scheduled to open within the next 24 months, the hotel will feature 65 to 70 rooms and a 5,000 sq. ft. banquet hall. The property will offer diverse dining experiences, including Sahar, a signature “Back to the Roots” restaurant, and GG’s, a rooftop venue with an open-to-sky restaurant and covered bar. Additionally, guests can enjoy Kick in the Brick, a lively restaurant complete with a dance floor.

This ambitious hotel project is part of a larger 10-acre integrated development that aims to foster a thriving community environment. The site will also include a high-street shopping complex, a school, a hospital, and residential facilities, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem around the hotel.
