NCR-based County Group has unveiled its new residential project, Jade County, in Ghaziabad with an investment of ₹1,800 crore. Spread over 13.33 acres in Wave City township, County Group acquired the land parcel from Wave Group for ₹400 crore. The development will feature around 1,000 premium housing units across nine high-rise towers ranging from 27 to 31 storeys, offering four apartment configurations of 2,358 sq ft, 2,898 sq ft, 3,555 sq ft, and 5,094 sq ft.
The total saleable area is slated at 30 lakh sq ft, with phase-wise delivery beginning in 2030 as per RERA timelines. Jade County is designed to be an IGBC pre-certified gold project, featuring a 55,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 7,000 sq ft commercial complex. With 80% open space, curvilinear balconies, and petal-shaped crowns inspired by the jade stone, the towers aim to create a jewel-like skyline presence.
Amit Modi, Director of County Group, highlighted the project’s strategic location along the NH 24 corridor, offering swift connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida, bolstered by infrastructure upgrades such as the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport.
County Group’s portfolio includes Orange County, Olive County, Cherry County, Coco County, Ivy County, County Spaces, Cleo County, and County 107, with upcoming projects like Ivory County in Noida and County Centre Court in Gurugram.
