Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (Brookfield India REIT), managed by Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, participated in the REITs & InvITs Conclave 2026, where it shared key business and financial updates for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The event served as an important platform for engaging with investors and industry stakeholders while highlighting the trust’s operational and financial performance.
During the discussion, Brookfield India REIT highlighted its strong FY26 performance, supported by record leasing activity and improved occupancy levels across its portfolio. The trust achieved gross leasing of 4 million square feet during FY26, the highest since its listing, while committed occupancy increased to 93%, reflecting healthy demand for premium office spaces.
Financially, the REIT reported robust growth, with operating lease rentals rising by nearly 23% year-on-year and net operating income increasing by almost 24%. The trust also declared a total distribution of ₹21.40 per unit for FY26, representing an 11% increase over the previous year. Additionally, the acquisition of the Ecoworld office campus in Bengaluru significantly enhanced the scale and diversification of its portfolio.
The conclave participation forms part of Brookfield India REIT’s ongoing investor outreach initiatives, aimed at maintaining transparency and providing stakeholders with regular updates on business performance, growth opportunities and long-term value creation strategies.
