Omaxe Ltd is accelerating its expansion in the Indian real-estate market through a set of strategic acquisitions and integrated township developments, reinforcing its presence in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The company recently disclosed the acquisition of two real-estate firms—Next10 Realbuild Private Limited and Next10 Land Developers—which enhances its land-bank and strengthens its development pipeline.
In a notable move, Omaxe has also acquired a 450-acre parcel in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where it plans a high-profile integrated township valued at around ₹1,200 crore, with expected revenues of approximately ₹2,500 crore over the next three years.
The developer has also placed a strong focus on large-scale retail-led and mixed-use formats in metro and non-metro markets, committing substantial investment—such as ₹2,700 crore—into bus-terminal redevelopments via PPPs in Uttar Pradesh.
Backed by recent fund-raising efforts—including a ₹500 crore infusion from Oaktree Capital Management to de-leverage the balance sheet and speed up project delivery—Omaxe is betting on consolidating its footprint and executing its growth strategy amid the current real-estate cycle.
With these moves, the company is positioning itself to capture demand across expanding urban corridors, balancing land-bank acquisition, project execution and capital structure relief.
