Pristine Value Logistics Partners with Antariksh Group to Launch 165,000 Sq. Ft. Warehousing Facility in Bhiwandi

Pristine Value Logistics has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Antariksh Group to establish a 165,000 square foot warehousing facility in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. This Grade A, built-to-suit multi-client warehouse is slated to become operational by March 2025.

The new facility will adopt a plug-and-play model, enabling clients to scale and adjust operations with ease. This expansion is set to bolster Pristine Value Logistics’ capabilities across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, food and FMCG, spare parts logistics, industrial products, and e-commerce.

Currently, Pristine Value Logistics operates 1.1 million square feet of warehousing space in Bhiwandi, handling over 35,000 boxes daily. With the addition of the Antariksh LogiPark facility, the total warehousing area will increase to 1.265 million square feet, enhancing the daily cargo handling capacity to 50,000 boxes.

Sanjay Mawar, Director of Pristine Value Logistics and Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Ltd, stated, “We are growing our warehouse capacity to meet the rising demand and to ensure our customers get efficient, customised, and scalable solutions. The expansion strategy is in sync with the overall outlook of the group to become an end-to-end logistics and supply chain service provider.”

Antariksh Group, known for its extensive warehousing projects, is developing Antariksh Logidrome in Bhiwandi, spanning 188 acres with 6.2 million square feet of constructed space across 49 state-of-the-art buildings.

This collaboration between Pristine Value Logistics and Antariksh Group is poised to significantly enhance logistics infrastructure in the Mumbai region, offering advanced warehousing solutions to meet the growing demands of various industries.
