UPRNN Invites Bids for Circuit House Construction in Mathura

Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN) has floated a tender for the design and construction of a Circuit House in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, aimed at providing high-end accommodations for government officials and dignitaries.

The proposed facility will include VVIP and VIP suites, general suites, single-seater rooms, a conference hall, a cafeteria, and a dormitory, ensuring well-equipped lodging with modern amenities. This initiative aligns with the state’s infrastructure development efforts to enhance visitor convenience in Mathura.

The total estimated project cost is Rs 54.21 crore, with a 15-month construction period. Additionally, a three-year defects liability period (DLP) will be in place to cover maintenance and service requirements post-completion.

The bid submission deadline is March 1, 2025, and interested contractors are encouraged to participate in this crucial infrastructure project.
