TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Expands into Eastern India with New Facility in Siliguri

Date:

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has made a strategic entry into eastern India by acquiring a state-of-the-art industrial facility in Siliguri, West Bengal. Spanning 1.40 lakh sq. ft. and situated on a 5.66-acre plot in Fulbari, the facility reflects the company’s commitment to delivering world-class, grade A industrial infrastructure.

This development positions TVS ILP as a pioneer in meeting the growing demands for advanced logistics and industrial spaces in India’s eastern region. The new facility is expected to cater to a variety of industries, enhancing operational efficiencies and creating significant employment opportunities in the area.

The strategic location of Siliguri, known as the gateway to the Northeast, makes this facility a critical node in India’s supply chain. The move further strengthens TVS ILP’s footprint, which already boasts a strong presence in other regions of the country.

Although the company did not disclose the investment details, the expansion highlights its ambitious plans for growth in untapped markets. The facility is expected to support the region’s burgeoning industrial needs while reinforcing TVS ILP’s leadership in the industrial and logistics sector.

This step is a milestone in the company’s vision to redefine industrial spaces across India.
