Sharp India Ltd has secured a domestic order worth ₹7.93 crore (excluding GST) for the supply of machinery, accessories and equipment. The contract has been awarded by Energygov Manpower Agency India Pvt. Ltd. and is scheduled to be executed within one month, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
As per the disclosed terms, payment will be released upon the submission of the required E-Way Bill and supporting documents, including the original tax invoice, delivery challan and other applicable transportation documents. GST and other statutory taxes will be charged in accordance with prevailing government regulations.
Sharp India also clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction. The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding organization, ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms under SEBI regulations.
The latest order is expected to strengthen Sharp India’s order pipeline and reflects continued business opportunities in the industrial machinery segment. Timely execution of the project could support the company’s operational momentum and reinforce its presence in the domestic equipment supply market. While the order value is modest in comparison to larger infrastructure contracts, it represents a positive development for the company as it continues to pursue business growth through new customer engagements.
