The Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) has announced bids for the construction of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Super Specialty Hospital and Post Graduate Institute for Medical Sciences in Nagpur. The project, located at Kh. No. 101, 102, and 103 in Mz. Indora, is a major healthcare initiative aimed at enhancing medical infrastructure in the region.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹402.08 crore, with a completion timeline of 36 months. The facility is expected to serve as a hub for advanced medical treatment and education, significantly improving access to specialty healthcare services for residents of Nagpur and surrounding areas.
The development will also include provisions for state-of-the-art medical facilities and training opportunities for post-graduate medical students, aligning with the city’s vision for a robust healthcare system.
