Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, has approved infrastructure development projects worth ₹3,330.40 crore, signaling a major boost to India’s road and transport sectors. These projects aim to enhance connectivity, reduce travel time, and promote regional economic growth.

The approved projects include the construction and upgrading of highways, bridges, and bypass roads across various states. These developments are expected to improve road safety and facilitate smoother movement of goods and people. The projects are also expected to generate substantial employment opportunities during construction and beyond, boosting local economies.

With a growing emphasis on infrastructure as a driver of economic growth, these investments are expected to strengthen India’s position as a global economic player.

These projects reaffirm the government’s focus on building world-class infrastructure to support the nation’s long-term development goals.
