Nemetschek and NCCCL Launch AI-Driven Construction Project in India

Date:

Nemetschek Group India has entered into a strategic three-year partnership with New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd. (NCCCL) to accelerate digital transformation in India’s construction sector through AI-driven technologies and advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. The collaboration aims to improve project execution, transparency, and operational efficiency across complex infrastructure and real estate developments.

As part of the initiative, pilot construction projects will be launched with leading developers Runwal and L&T Realty, including Runwal’s RMall project in Dombivli and L&T Realty’s Mahim development. These projects will serve as demonstration models to showcase measurable improvements in design validation, project coordination, and workflow management through digital construction tools.

The partnership will introduce Nemetschek’s technology ecosystem, including solutions such as Bluebeam, to streamline documentation, collaboration, and real-time project communication among stakeholders. The alliance will focus on key sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and data centres.

In addition to project execution, the agreement includes capability-building programs, technical workshops, and training initiatives to strengthen NCCCL’s internal digital expertise. This move reflects the growing adoption of AI and smart construction technologies in India as the industry shifts toward faster, more predictable, and technology-enabled project delivery.
