National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) has bolstered its position as a major player in India’s construction sector by securing work orders worth Rs 405.08 crore. The most prominent of these is a prestigious contract for the planning, design, and construction of the ‘Centre for Advanced Studies’ at Hindu College, University of Delhi. This high-profile project reflects NBCC’s expertise in handling large-scale academic infrastructure projects.
Additionally, NBCC has won a Rs 118.64 crore contract for the development of Fakir Mohan University in Balasore, Odisha, which includes comprehensive planning, designing, and construction works. Another key development includes the establishment of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University in Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Odisha, with an allocated budget of Rs 84.75 crore.
The company has also secured a significant Rs 37.90 crore contract for the construction of the Uttar Pradesh Rajya Nirman Evam Sharam Vikash Sahakari Sangh headquarters in Lucknow. Additionally, a Rs 11.86 crore project management consultancy services contract for upgrading WRPC staff quarters in Mumbai further strengthens NBCC’s portfolio.
With these new wins, NBCC’s total order book now exceeds Rs 1,00,000 crore, reinforcing its leadership in India’s construction and real estate development landscape.
