NBCC (India) Limited, a leading construction and engineering services provider, has received a significant work order from the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO). The contract, valued at approximately Rs 202 crore, marks a major step in NBCC’s project portfolio.
Under the agreement, NBCC will deliver project management consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of Unity Mall, also known as PM Ekta Mall, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Unity Mall initiative aligns with the government’s vision to promote regional products and handicrafts under the “One District, One Product” scheme, showcasing India’s cultural and artisanal heritage.
NBCC’s role will include overseeing the project’s design, execution, and timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The mall is expected to become a key landmark in Jaipur, contributing to the local economy by boosting tourism and trade opportunities.
