Lohia Worldspace Debuts 175‑Villa Sustainable Community in Moradabad

Date:

Lohia Worldspace, the real estate arm of Lohia Global Group, has officially entered the housing market with its first project—Lohia One, a premium villa township in New Moradabad spanning 10 acres with direct access to NH-24.

The gated community will feature 175 thoughtfully designed villas combining modern aesthetics with wellness-focused amenities: walking trails, clubhouse, landscaped green zones, and tech-enabled eco-friendly infrastructure. The project emphasizes sustainability through solar-powered lighting, rainwater harvesting systems, and energy-efficient.

This launch marks Moradabad’s emergence as a Tier-II real estate hotspot. Lohia Group plans to invest ₹1,000 crore over five years in similar high-quality projects across Tier-II cities including Lucknow and Delhi NCR, with Lohia One setting the stage.

Director Pyush Lohia highlighted the company’s local roots and aspirations:

“Moradabad isn’t just where we begin—it’s where our roots are. We’re proud to invest in its future by creating spaces that uplift both people and infrastructure”

The development timeline spans around 4 years, aiming for approximately ₹250 crore in initial revenue . Positioned as a lifestyle ecosystem rather than a conventional housing enclave, Lohia One combines community living with environmental responsibility.
