Bangalore saw significant developments in the logistics and warehousing sector, notably with KSH Integrated Logistics unveiling a new 40,000-square-foot multi-client warehouse in Bommasandra. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the growing demand for Grade A warehousing solutions across industries like automotive, FMCG, e-commerce, and consumer durables.
A key feature of this new warehouse is its scalability, with the option to increase its heavy-duty racking capacity from 2,500 to 5,000 pallets, ensuring flexibility for a wide variety of clients. The warehouse is equipped with advanced systems such as pallet-in-pallet-out, pallet-in-box-out, and box-in-piece-out configurations, which optimize inventory management and order fulfillment. Additionally, the facility incorporates a sophisticated Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), allowing for real-time tracking and enhanced operational efficiency.
This new facility is a strategic expansion for KSH Integrated Logistics, aligning with its broader plan to increase its warehousing capacity to 2 million square feet by 2026. This development underscores the region’s growing role in India’s logistics infrastructure.
