Interarch Expands Manufacturing Footprint with Major Projects in Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand

Date:

Interarch Building Product has commenced construction on Phase-II of its South India manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, signaling its continued growth in the region. Building on the swift success of Phase-I, which was inaugurated in September 2024, the second phase is set to replicate its capacity and is expected to be operational by April 2025. This expansion underscores Interarch’s commitment to bolstering its production capabilities in southern India.

Simultaneously, Interarch is executing a significant upgrade to its manufacturing plant in Kichha, Uttarakhand. This development is the second-largest undertaken by the company in recent years, following a substantial expansion in 2021. The Kichha plant upgrade is designed to enhance its ability to handle multi-story buildings and heavy steel structures, adding an additional 20,000 tonnes of installed capacity.

By April 2025, with the completion of the Phase-II facility in Andhra Pradesh and the Kichha upgrades, Interarch’s total installed capacity is expected to exceed 2,00,000 tonnes per annum. These strategic projects reinforce Interarch’s position as a leader in pre-engineered steel building solutions, enabling it to meet growing demand and deliver innovative construction solutions across India.
