Insolation Energy has received Letters of Intent (LoIs) for solar power projects totaling 38.43 MW under the PM-KUSUM Scheme – Component A. The projects involve the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25-year operation and maintenance of grid-connected solar power plants.
Awarded through the RESCO model, the contracts also include the development of 11 KVA lines for connectivity with 33/11 KVA substations and integration of remote monitoring systems (RMS). Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam issued two LoIs: one for six sites totaling 9 MW at a final levelised tariff of ₹2.880 per unit, and another for 21 sites amounting to 28 MW at ₹3.020 per unit.
Additionally, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam granted an LoI for a 1.43 MW project, also at ₹2.880 per unit. The combined capacity of these projects will contribute significantly to the state’s renewable energy goals.
Insolation Energy’s success reflects its ongoing focus on operational excellence, efficient capital utilisation, and strategic growth. These new projects mark a major step in reinforcing its position in India’s solar energy landscape while supporting the government’s push for sustainable rural electrification.
