Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited bids for the construction of Unity Mall in Sector-37, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Karnal, Haryana. The project aims to enhance commercial infrastructure in the region.
The tender encompasses planning, design, construction, testing, and commissioning of the mall, along with the establishment of an ESS (Electric Substation), guard rooms, all civil and E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) services, and a solid waste management system with an automatic transfer system.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹120.92 crore, with a stipulated completion timeline of 24 months. The initiative aligns with the state’s efforts to boost economic activity and retail growth in Haryana.
Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 07 April 2025. The project is expected to attract prominent construction firms and developers aiming to contribute to Haryana’s evolving commercial landscape.
