Engineering Projects (India) Ltd (EPI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rajasthan Financial Services Delivery Ltd (RFSDL) to fast-track public-infrastructure works across the state. Inked on 25 April, the pact was executed by EPI Executive Director Biswajit Biswas and RFSDL Executive Director (Admin) Manish Mathur, with senior officials from both organisations in attendance. Under the agreement, EPI will contribute its turnkey-project expertise—from design to commissioning—while RFSDL will leverage its consultancy network to coordinate with state departments and public-sector units.
The partners aim to tackle critical gaps in roads, public buildings, water-supply systems, industrial facilities and power infrastructure. By combining EPI’s 60-plus years of nationwide project-management experience with RFSDL’s on-ground facilitation capabilities, the collaboration is expected to accelerate delivery schedules, improve build quality and support Rajasthan’s broader push for sustainable, people-centric growth. Both sides expressed confidence that the alliance will “significantly enhance the quality and pace of development” while reinforcing good governance and efficient public service delivery in the state.
