Godrej Properties is set to launch residential projects worth ₹40,000 crore in the current financial year, aiming to cement its leadership in the Indian real estate sector. The company has projected a 20% increase in sales bookings for FY26, targeting ₹32,500 crore—10% higher than FY25’s actual bookings of ₹29,444 crore.
In FY25, the company surpassed its launch guidance of ₹30,000 crore by rolling out ₹36,600 crore worth of new or expanded projects across 34 launches, spanning 292 lakh sq. ft. The pipeline for FY26 includes a marquee project in Worli, Mumbai, expected in H1/FY26, and the long-awaited Ashok Vihar development in Delhi, projected for a March 2026 launch.
Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej stated that housing demand continues to remain strong, contributing to the firm’s record-breaking performance. To bolster expansion plans, Godrej Properties raised ₹6,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) in October 2024. This, along with ₹7,500 crore in operating cash flow, equips the company with ₹13,500 crore in capital for land acquisition and development.
