EMS Secures ₹272.89 Crore Contract for Multi-Storeyed Housing Project in Noida

EMS has been awarded a prestigious Letter of Award (LoA) for the construction of the “ORCHARDS” multi-storeyed group housing project at Jaypee Wish Town, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The project scope includes civil (structure and finishing) and MEP works for multiple residential towers, namely OCA-1 to 3 and OCB-1 to 5. With an estimated contract value of ₹272.89 crore, the large-scale housing project is set to significantly contribute to the region’s real estate development.

Scheduled to be completed within 24 months, the project aligns with EMS’s expertise in high-rise construction, ensuring quality execution within the stipulated timeline. The Orchards project is expected to enhance Noida’s housing landscape, offering modern and well-structured residential spaces.

This contract win further strengthens EMS’s foothold in the construction sector, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
