E2E Networks Wins Rs 88 Crore GPU Infrastructure Deal with IndiaAI

E2E Networks Limited has clinched a landmark contract from IndiaAI, a division of Digital India Corporation under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, valued at ₹88.02 crore. The agreement entails the immediate allocation of 1,024 H200 SXM GPUs (comprising 128 H200‑8X units) paired with an InfiniBand (IB) single-fabric network to support GAN AI, India’s foundational AI model, for a period of 12 months.

This long-term infrastructure service contract reinforces E2E Networks’ strategic positioning as a leading domestic provider of high-performance GPU compute resources. Crucially, the company emphasized that the deal does not involve any promoter-related or related-party transactions, ensuring a fully transparent process.

The award marks a significant milestone in bolstering India’s AI infrastructure under the IndiaAI mission and reflects the government’s continued focus on domestic AI compute capabilities. As a key player in the rapidly evolving AI and cloud ecosystem, E2E Networks now stands as a pivotal enabler of India’s AI ambitions.
