Dee Vee Projects Secures Rs. 246 Crore Medical College Contract in Rewa

Dee Vee Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major construction package awarded by the Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation. The contract, valued at Rs. 246.17 crore, focuses on strengthening the healthcare and educational ecosystem at Shyam Shah Medical College in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

The scope of work is extensive, covering construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) block, maternity block, staff quarters, and a hostel facility for the Nursing College. Alongside new infrastructure, the plan also includes renovation of existing facilities and allied works to modernize the campus.

This development is expected to significantly improve healthcare services in the region by enhancing patient care facilities and providing better residential amenities for medical staff and students. The modernisation of infrastructure is also set to support medical education with improved learning and living conditions.

Dee Vee Projects’s success as the L1 bidder highlights its competitive pricing and execution capabilities in large institutional projects. With this contract, the company further reinforces its presence in the healthcare infrastructure sector, contributing to Madhya Pradesh’s efforts to expand and upgrade its medical service network.
