CCI Group, one of India’s leading integrated logistics service providers, has announced an investment of ₹227 crore for developing a state-of-the-art Grade-A warehouse facility at Sohna-Silani, Gurugram. Spanning 9.5 lakh square feet, the project is aimed at meeting the rising demand for high-quality industrial and warehousing spaces across the Delhi NCR region.
Strategically located near key expressways such as the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway and the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway, the facility offers seamless connectivity to major consumption hubs including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. It is designed to serve sectors like e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, and manufacturing with faster turnaround times and improved last-mile efficiency.
The Sohna-Silani warehouse will feature 12-meter clear heights, FM2-grade flooring, cross-dock multiple loading points, and wide RCC roads. Sustainability is a key focus, with solar readiness, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, and a dedicated Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) integrated into the facility’s design.
Commenting on the development, Satish Sharma, Executive Director, CCI Group, said, “This investment marks a major milestone in our strategy to expand our warehousing footprint across India.” The project is expected to generate over 550 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
