AI-Robotics Startup All3 Emerges from Stealth to Disrupt Housing Construction

Date:

All3, a newly unveiled construction tech startup, has emerged from stealth mode with an ambitious plan to address Europe’s severe housing shortage through a fully integrated AI and robotics system. The company claims its platform can cut construction costs by up to 30% and reduce building timelines by 50%, a milestone likely to attract attention across global housing markets.

Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Rodion Shishkov and Slava Bocharov, All3 combines AI-driven architectural design, precision robotic fabrication off-site, and on-site automated assembly using a mobile robotics platform. The AI tailors building layouts to site constraints and regulations, maximizing space efficiency. Meanwhile, robots fabricate custom structural components—walls, beams, and columns—and handle their seamless assembly at construction sites.

Importantly, All3’s end-to-end approach also aims for a 25% reduction in embodied carbon by integrating sustainable materials and streamlining construction processes, all within standard budget levels. The startup has already begun designing its first building, with construction set to begin in the second half of 2025 in Europe.

This integration of AI and robotics signals a major shift in modern homebuilding—tackling labor shortages, boosting productivity, reducing costs, and improving sustainability in one unified solution.
