Adani Realty Tops Hurun List as India’s Most Valuable Unlisted Real Estate Firm

Adani Realty has secured the position of India’s most valuable unlisted real estate company, according to the 2024 Grohe‑Hurun India Real Estate 100 Report. Valued at approximately ₹52,400 crore, the company leads the rankings among unlisted firms and is ranked seventh overall among all real estate companies in India.

Founded in 2010 with its flagship Shantigram township project in Ahmedabad, Adani Realty has since expanded across asset classes including residential, commercial and social infrastructure in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram and Ahmedabad. It has completed around 24 million sq ft of development, with extensive projects under way.

The company achieved 62% year‑on‑year growth, boosting its valuation to ₹56,500 crore by 2024 and securing its spot atop the unlisted segment. This recognition reflects Adani Realty’s strong financial performance, ambitious growth and expanding presence in India’s booming urban landscape.
