Its compact, futuristic design is complemented by a highly optimised weight-distribution layout across the front and rear axles, ensuring superior balance and unmatched stability even in challenging site conditions.

Built as the safest crane in its segment, the NX 230 features lower turning radius for exceptional manoeuvrability in congested urban or industrial environments. Its low creep speed enhances control during precision lifting and carrying operations, while the rear-axle leaf suspension delivers improved operator comfort during long duty cycles.

  1. FC 150 Pick & carry crane

FC 150 is a breakthrough by ACE in pick & carry crane segment with its Clutchless Transmission system. As an industry-first advancement, the crane is designed to redefine operator comfort, control and productivity. It eliminates the clutch pedal and clutch function entirely to deliver a seamless driving and lifting experience, reducing operator fatigue and enabling smoother, more precise manoeuvring, especially during long-duty cycles and congested site operations.

The advanced low-creep-speed capability ensures exceptional control during delicate pick-and-carry tasks, offering fine movement accuracy that traditional systems simply cannot match. The clutchless transmission not only enhances safety by reducing abrupt movements but also improves machine longevity by minimising mechanical wear.

  1. Articulated Truck Mounted Platform Model AP25T

The truck-mounted articulated aerial work platform – AP25T, combines a powerful 300-kg platform capacity with exceptional compactness and maneuverability on a 3.5–7-ton chassis. Its advanced articulated and telescopic boom architecture, featuring a double pantograph with dual extensions, enables complex “up-and-over” movements, allowing operators to work effortlessly over parapets, roofs and obstacles without repositioning the truck. The technology upgrade by ACE defines the AP25T’s performance, offering smooth proportional electrohydraulic controls, allow simultaneous modulated boom motions with controlled acceleration/deceleration ramps enhancing precision and operator safety. Ideal for urban infrastructure, utilities, building maintenance and rental fleets, the AP25T delivers a highly versatile, tech-driven elevated access solution for modern worksites.

  1. FT 6040 Tower Crane

ACE’s FT 6040, 60-metre jib, flat-top tower crane & high-performance Passenger & Material Hoist represents technological advancements in safety, power and intelligent engineering. The newly introduced 60m flat-top crane features automation upgrades and advanced sensor integration. Its modular architecture, lightweight high-strength materials and real-time digital monitoring enable superior stability, anti-collision protection and precise load management even in congested, high-wind job sites. ACE has also introduced its first ever Passenger & Material Hoist. The hoist is powered by a high-capacity 32 kW motor system delivering unmatched hoisting speed and torque, supported by a galvanized 650×650 mm mast for exceptional rigidity and safety.

  1. ACE ADD 95 Tandem Roller

The new ACE ADD 95 Tandem Roller arrives with a completely upgraded design and an advanced technological uplift, setting a fresh benchmark in precision asphalt compaction. Engineered to deliver next-level performance, the dual-drum configuration ensures uniform pressure distribution and high-density compaction. 1. F250 Ultra Pick & Carry Crane

India’s safest and most technologically advanced pick-and-carry crane, ACE F250 Ultra is equipped with three in-house safety innovations—SCOS, ALSS and RAS. These systems work together to deliver unmatched stability, intelligent load control and error-free operation. SCOS (Safe Crane Operation System) automatically prevents overload conditions by allowing only safe movements such as boom lift, boom retraction and block lowering. It eliminates operator errors and ensures zero-bypass operation, with overrides accessible only through the ACE Live mobile app.

ALSS (Advanced Load Sensing System) shifts the machine into low-speed 4WD as soon as a load above 600 kg is lifted, ensuring 100% safe creep-speed travel with load and blocking any manual high-speed selection. While, RAS (Remote Articulation Stability) enhances stability during articulation by intelligently adjusting SWL in straight and steered positions. Configurable via ACE Live, it ensures optimal safety margins for every site.

Together, SCOS, ALSS and RAS create a multi-layered safety ecosystem that makes every stage of crane operation safer by eliminating unsafe movements, enforcing controlled travel speeds under load and dynamically managing stability during articulation. These systems significantly reduce the risk of accidents, load swings and equipment stress. This integrated approach not only enhances on-site safety compliance but also builds operator confidence, ensures safer load handling and minimises downtime caused by unsafe operating conditions.

  1. AT30 Telehandler

The ACE AT30 Telehandler is engineered to deliver high performance, versatility and reliability across demanding Indian job sites. Powered by robust TATA BS-5 engine, it offers the perfect blend of engineering and technology, ensuring superior fuel efficiency, low operating cost and maximum uptime. Built to handle tough, multi-sector applications, the AT30 comes with a robust 3-ton lifting capacity and an impressive 11.5-meter lifting height, enabling safe and stable operations for construction, infrastructure, warehousing and industrial tasks. ACE enhances productivity further with a full range of multi-utility attachments, including a 1.2 m³ heavy-duty bucket, a spacious man basket for elevated work and a material lifting hook for diverse handling needs. With its quick interchange of attachments, the AT 30 enables customers to perform multiple tasks using a single machine, reducing dependence on additional equipment, lowering capital and operating costs and significantly improving overall return on investment.

With a focus on innovation, efficiency and sector-wide support, ACE is setting the pace for India’s infrastructure evolution with this comprehensive suite.
