Meghna Infracon forays into Dadar–Prabhadevi with Rs 80 Cr redevelopment deal

Date:

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has entered the Dadar–Prabhadevi micro-market following the signing of a development agreement for the redevelopment of a residential site in Mumbai. The project spans approximately 31,000 sq ft of built-up area and is expected to generate an estimated ₹80 crore in revenue.

This marks Meghna Infracon’s first redevelopment project in the Dadar/Prabhadevi region, after establishing a strong presence in Mumbai’s western suburbs through gated-community developments . With its prime location near Shivaji Park and Prabhadevi station, the forthcoming sea-facing and city-facing project promises strong connectivity to schools, hospitals, retail centres and key business districts within a 2 km radius.

The company plans to launch the redevelopment in the calendar year 2025. According to Managing Director Vikram Lodha, the move is in line with Meghna Infracon’s strategy to enter fast-growing aspirational pockets of Mumbai, further diversifying their portfolio and expanding their reach.
