Gopalan Enterprises to Launch AI-Powered Smart Homes in Bengaluru

Date:

Bengaluru-based Gopalan Enterprises is set to revolutionize the real estate market with its first Artificial Intelligence-powered smart home project, targeting millennial buyers. The company will construct 3,000 residential units by 2025, with an investment of ₹500 crore.

Spread across one million sq. ft., these AI-enabled homes will integrate automated appliances and space-saving flexible furniture. The pricing for these futuristic residences will range between ₹1.5 crore and ₹2 crore. Gopalan Enterprises is launching four projects—two in Whitefield and two in Rajarajeshwari Nagar—each featuring over 30 floors. Two-BHK units will start at ₹1 crore, while three-BHK apartments, sized between 1,800 and 2,500 sq. ft., will begin at ₹1.5 crore.

Drawing inspiration from Japanese design, the homes will include foldable and multifunctional furniture to optimize space. Expanding its footprint beyond Bengaluru, the developer also plans to introduce a residential project in Mysuru later in 2025, with pricing between ₹70 lakh and ₹1 crore.

In the commercial sector, Gopalan Enterprises is developing a 1.5 million sq. ft. IT park along Outer Ring Road (ORR) to meet the growing demand for premium office spaces. An additional 1.5 million sq. ft. of office space is also set for completion this year.
