Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reaffirmed his commitment to transforming Delhi’s urban landscape, promising the city a world-class infrastructure overhaul. Addressing a public gathering, the Prime Minister emphasized that Delhi, as the national capital, deserves the best civic amenities, smart transport systems, and sustainable urban planning.

“We will ensure that Delhi’s infrastructure matches the global standards. A robust action plan is in place, and work will commence soon,” PM Modi stated. The announcement aligns with the government’s vision of enhancing public transportation, upgrading road networks, and modernizing civic utilities to meet the city’s growing demands.

Officials have hinted at key projects, including metro expansion, redevelopment of congested areas, and advanced waste management solutions. The focus will also be on decongesting traffic, improving air quality, and making Delhi a model city for urban development.

This initiative is expected to bolster the capital’s economic potential and improve the quality of life for millions of residents. The government is likely to unveil specific project details in the coming weeks.
