10 Emerging Indian Property Markets That Could Boom by 2030

India’s real estate sector is entering a new phase of expansion, with infrastructure, airports, employment hubs, industrial investment and tourism increasingly shaping emerging property markets. Several cities and corridors are expected to attract greater residential and commercial activity through 2030.

Ayodhya is gaining attention as a tourism-driven market, supported by airport expansion, improved highways and growing hospitality infrastructure. Greater Noida and the Jewar corridor are benefiting from the development of Noida International Airport, along with industrial, logistics and residential projects.

Navi Mumbai is another major growth centre, backed by the Atal Setu and Navi Mumbai International Airport. Areas such as Panvel, Ulwe and Kharghar are seeing increased development interest.

Hyderabad’s western corridor, including Kokapet, Neopolis, the Financial District and Tellapur, continues to expand due to office growth and increasing GCC activity. North Bengaluru, particularly the Devanahalli airport corridor, is also emerging as an important residential, commercial and industrial zone.

GIFT City and Ahmedabad are benefiting from financial and technology-sector expansion, while Lucknow, Indore, Coimbatore and Kochi are emerging as promising Tier-2 markets.

Overall, the report highlights how infrastructure and economic activity are reshaping India’s property landscape, creating multiple potential growth corridors beyond the traditional metropolitan markets.
