Avvashya CCI Logistics Pvt Ltd (ACCI), a subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics, announced plans to invest Rs 60 crore in a state-of-the-art auto engineering parts warehouse in North Guwahati over the next two years.

The three-lakh sq ft facility will provide end-to-end management for aftermarket spare parts in the North-East sector. Phase one will cover one lakh sq ft, employing around 100 people, while phase two will expand to three lakh sq ft, creating over 250 jobs.

“The North-East region has immense potential and is emerging as a strategic market,” said Adarsh Hegde, Joint Managing Director, Allcargo Logistics. “Our foray into the North East completes our pan-India presence, reinforcing our commitment to providing top-notch logistics facilities nationwide.” The warehouse will feature heavy-duty racking, auto-specific shelving, and block storage for odd-dimensional cargo. A significant portion of the investment will go towards automation. This development strengthens Allcargo Logistics’ presence in the North-East, catering to the region’s growing demand for efficient logistics solutions.
