India’s real estate market in 2025 presents a wealth of opportunity, driven by rapid urbanization, booming economies and improving infrastructure. Hyderabad appeals with affordability and robust corporate growth around HITEC City and Gachibowli, while Pune, an education and IT hub, benefits from integrated townships and metro connectivity in areas such as Hinjewadi and Kharad.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region commands attention with limited land supply, premium yields (exceeding 10 %) and development around Navi Mumbai and Thane. In the South, Chennai combines IT and manufacturing growth with emerging localities like OMR and Sholinganallur.
