SPG Infraprojects Secures ₹64.23 Cr Construction Project from GGSIPU for New Teaching Block

SPG Infraprojects has emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder for a significant infrastructure project valued at ₹64.23 crore, awarded by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi. The contract involves the construction of a state-of-the-art teaching block at the university’s Sector-16C campus in Dwarka.

The scope of the project includes reinforced concrete (RCC) structural work, civil finishing, facade development, and fully integrated plumbing and drainage systems. Additionally, it will feature advanced electrical and mechanical services to support modern academic needs.

The new facility is designed to accommodate the university’s growing student population and will include upgraded classrooms, laboratories, and administrative offices aimed at enhancing the learning ecosystem.

SPG Infraprojects, with a strong track record in executing complex institutional and civil infrastructure developments, is expected to bring high standards of quality and timely execution to this project. This win not only strengthens SPG’s position in the infrastructure space but also aligns with the broader national objective of improving higher education infrastructure in key urban centers.

Construction work is expected to commence shortly, with completion timelines and phased execution plans to be finalized in coordination with GGSIPU authorities.
