Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate Unveils ‘The Dualis’ in Gurugram, Targets ₹1,400 Crore Revenue

Date:

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has announced the launch of its ultra-luxury residential project, ‘The Dualis’, in Gurugram’s thriving Sector 106, with a projected topline of ₹1,400 crore. Strategically located on the Dwarka Expressway, the project marks a significant entry into the luxury segment for the company in North India.

Spread across 4.4 acres, The Dualis will feature two grand towers with around 430 premium apartments, offering expansive 3 and 4 BHK units. The development emphasizes modern design, smart home features, and exclusive amenities such as sky lounges, wellness zones, and elevated greens—crafted for affluent urban buyers seeking high-end living experiences.

“This project reflects our commitment to delivering cutting-edge design, premium living, and long-term value for discerning homeowners,” said Venkatesh Gopalkrishnan, CEO, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, during the launch.

With the Dwarka Expressway nearing completion and Gurugram’s luxury housing demand on the rise, SPRE expects strong investor and end-user interest. The Dualis is also registered with RERA and will be developed using sustainable construction practices.

The launch underscores SPRE’s larger growth strategy to expand its footprint across key metros through marquee developments.
