RGL to Launch 450,000 Sq Ft Sustainable Logistics Hub in Bhiwandi

Date:

Robinson Global Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd (RGL) is set to expand its footprint with the lease of a 450,000 sq ft Grade A+ warehouse at One Samruddhi Park in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, slated to go live in May 2025. Designed for optimal efficiency and environmental responsibility, the facility will feature eco-friendly construction methods, energy-efficient systems, solar installations, and sustainably sourced materials.

Strategically positioned on Kalyan-Sape Road, the hub offers seamless connectivity to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway, the Mumbai-Delhi Corridor, Samruddhi Mahamarg, and national highways NH-48, NH-160, and NH-61. It is also within 55 km of Mumbai International Airport, 50 km of Navi Mumbai International Airport, and 63 km of JNPT Port.

With an investment of ₹25 crore, the Bhiwandi warehouse will bolster RGL’s capacity by 45 percent in FY 2025–26—raising its total network to 1.45 million sq ft from 1 million sq ft. “Our new Bhiwandi facility marks a pivotal step in enhancing supply-chain agility and sustainability,” said Aditya Vazirani, CEO of RGL. “This expansion will support rising consumer demand, create jobs, and strengthen local economies.”

Building on recent launches—a 150,000 sq ft hub in Gurgaon near the Dwarka and KMP expressways, a 100,000 sq ft facility in Bangalore, and upcoming sites in Pune and Lucknow—the Bhiwandi project underscores RGL’s commitment to delivering technology-driven, future-ready logistics solutions across India.
