Pimpri-Chinchwad is Turning Smarter Overnight!

Date:

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’s recent visit to Pimpri-Chinchwad marks a notable step for the region. He inaugurated the Santpeeth cultural centre in Chikhali, a place dedicated to the teachings of revered saints like Sant Tukaram and Sant Dnyaneshwar. The centre features an auditorium, an art gallery and a beautiful sculpture, helping to preserve spiritual heritage and pass it on to young minds.

Alongside this cultural milestone, Fadnavis launched several civic projects across the city. These include new roads, schools, sewage treatment plants, bridges, a climbing wall and apps for senior citizens and traffic management. Together, these projects promise cleaner rivers, better education, safer streets and more green spaces.

Such balanced development is encouraging. It shows that tradition and progress can go hand in hand, offering residents both cultural roots and modern comforts. Pimpri-Chinchwad’s future looks brighter, rooted in its past yet reaching for growth.
